An unpaid hold lapses after 10 minutes and the slot goes back on sale, so nothing is locked up for good.

Refund windows come with every offer. When a business cancels, the guest always gets a full refund. Businesses see which assistant made each booking.

What does “Tafaddal” mean?
It’s Arabic for “please, come in” (تفضّل, said ta-FAD-dal): what a host says at the door. We say it to AI agents on behalf of the businesses they book.
Which AI assistants can book through Tafaddal?
Claude today, through the Tafaddal connector. Any other agent that speaks MCP can connect to https://mcp.tafaddal.ai/mcp, and platforms can use the REST API.
Do I need new software?
No. Send what you already use, such as flyers, price lists or screenshots, check the profile we draft, and manage bookings in Tafaddal Host, in English or Arabic.
How do guests pay?
The business chooses. Guests pay in full when booking through a payment link, pay a deposit with the rest at the venue, or pay everything at the venue, in which case the booking is confirmed straight away.
What about cancellations and no-shows?
The business’s refund rules come with every offer, and agents tell the guest before they book. Refunds follow those rules. When a business cancels, the guest always gets a full refund.
How will I hear about bookings?
By email the moment one is made, changed or cancelled, and in Tafaddal Host. WhatsApp alerts are on the way.
Can I pause agent bookings?
Yes, at any time, from Tafaddal Host.
What happens to a hold nobody pays for?
It expires after 10 minutes and the slot goes back on sale. Developers get a hold.expired webhook.
How do developers get access?
Email hello@tafaddal.ai with the subject “API access” and tell us what your agent books. The API is free during the private beta.
